Building is designed in a way to separate it into two parts via entrance hall with the staircase. On the north-western part are laboratories, research rooms and lecture rooms. On the south-east part is located warehouse for products, storage for reagents, storage for hazardous chemicals, staff changing rooms and toilets.
On the first floor is open space office for five teams: Biomedicine, Quality, Analytics, Administration and Director’s offices and archive. Office area is directly connected with a recreation room and kitchen. Office have day light and is designed in a way to have good natural ventilation.
A lorry driveway is arranged on the north side of the property, allowing for easy manipulation of lorries in length up to 10m. The yard will be fenced and accessible via a 5m wide sliding door. Parking for employees and visitors is along with the existing driveway and easily accessible from building entrance.
