The new massive, mixed development is located in the city centre and in a dominant position.
The subject of the project is commercial building E (with two residential towers) and commercial building F (with one residential tower). Parking area is provided in underground garage in four underground floors. Both buildings have ground floor and first floor commercial centres mainly with shops and offices. Towers are residential with different types and sizes of apartments.
Gross floor area of buildings above ground is 36 985 m2. Gross floor area of the underground, garage part is 43,300 m2.
